TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using the STAG CODE website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. STAG CODE operates in Auckland, New Zealand, and all services are subject to New Zealand law.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date. Prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of the balance paid (excluding deposit). Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable. STAG CODE reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

Liability

Participants engage in activities at their own risk. STAG CODE carries comprehensive public liability insurance but is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from participant negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

Conduct

STAG CODE reserves the right to terminate any experience where participant behaviour poses a safety risk or violates venue policies. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
